SUPERINTENDENCIA DE NOTARIADO Y REGISTRO 1.1 Datos estad\u00edsticos con destino a la Oficina Asesora de Planeaci\u00f3n de la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro: Dicha informaci\u00f3n se reporta dentro los tres (3) primeros d\u00edas h\u00e1biles de cada mes, de manera virtual a trav\u00e9s de los enlaces suministrados por dicha entidad1.2 Informe Estad\u00edstico Notarial: Se presenta informaci\u00f3n estad\u00edstica, financiera y contable de manera mensual a trav\u00e9s del diligenciamiento de un formato entregado por la Superintendencia el cual en la actualidad se remite a trav\u00e9s de correo electr\u00f3nico.2. UNIDAD DE INFORMACI\u00d3N Y AN\u00c1LISIS FINANCIERO - UIAF2.1 Reporte de Operaci\u00f3n Notarial (RON): Contiene la informaci\u00f3n de todos los actos notariales solemnizados por escritura p\u00fablica, dicho reporte se presenta de forma trimestral. 2.2 Reporte de Operaciones intentadas y operaciones sospechosas (ROS POSITIVO): Se reporta de manera inmediata cualquier operaci\u00f3n cuyas caracter\u00edsticas se salen de los par\u00e1metros normales o que generan inquietud.2.3 Reporte de ausencia de operaciones sospechosas (ROS NEGATIVO): Se presenta de manera trimestral ante la ausencia de operaciones sospechosas.2.4 Reporte de adjudicaciones en remate: Se har\u00e1n con base en los mismos lineamientos de las Operaciones Notariales, y no habr\u00e1 lugar a reporte si no existe adjudicaci\u00f3n.\u00a03.
